Our delivery schedules within Hong Kong are shown as follows. Time and date mentioned below are the Hong Kong time and date.

  • Currently, there is no delivery service in outlying islands, e.g. Cheung Chau, Ping Chau and Lantau Island etc.
  • Deliveries to buildings without elevator (stair carry), or village houses/villas that our truck cannot access, are subject to extra charges.
  • Bridal Bouquet and purchase total amount at or below HKD500.00, delivery charge will be negotiable.

  • Express and Urgent Delivery Charge
    For delivery to be made in 2 hours after confirmation of order, there will be an additional charge of HK$100 for off-peak season. For Valentine’s Day, an additional charge of HK$200 for same day delivery from 9am to 6pm.
  • Specific Time Period Delivery
    If delivery is to be made at time other than scheduled delivery time slot or requested a specific time arrival, such arrangement is subjected to availability of drivers and incurs an additional HK$100 surcharge.  No specific time delivery service can be provided during peak season such as Valentine’s Day, period before Christmas and Chinese New Year.

  • Redelivery and Redirection Charges

    HK$50 plus local delivery charge*** would be charged for redelivery or redirection flowers delivery services. Any late flowers delivery would not be liable by Green
    Icon if it is caused by the following circumstances
    • Recipient is not reachable at specified time and date.
    • Recipient refuses the flowers
    • Inaccurate or incomplete data provided
      1. Address
      2. Online flowers delivery date
      3. Recipient name and contact number

Green Icon is not responsible for any decreased product quality due to a re-route requested by the sender.

If redelivery is not made on the same working day or the next working day, please note that we will have to replace your order to ensure that only the freshest and the highest quality gifts are sent to the recipients. This order is chargeable at 25% discount off the original price.

In the event that the order is cancelled after delivery has been attempted, the full price will still be payable.

 Under below circumstances, delivery service will be suspended or being delayed

  • When a No.8 or above Tropical cyclone signal is issued.
  • When a rainstorm red and black signal is issued.
  • When a flood and landslip warning is issued.
  • When any traffic issues and special transport arrangement are issued.

The delivery will be resumed and reschedule after the signals are cancelled.

Other important delivery information

  • To enable us to contact you regarding a problem with your order, please make sure that you have provided a valid email address and/or contact telephone numbers.
  • Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the delivery. In the event of a delivery problem, if we are able to, we will try and contact the customer to try to resolve the issue.
  • During Valentine’s period, changes of particulars such as address, card message and etc must be made at least 1 day (24 hours) before delivery.
  • In rare circumstances, our drivers are unable to deliver an order. This may be due to problem with the delivery vehicle. We ensure that these occurrences are minimized, but in the event that we are unable to deliver the order owing to circumstances that are out of our control, we will contact you soonest possible via email or phone to arrange a redelivery and refund the original delivery charge.
  • For deliveries to large businesses, hospitals, universities etc, although our driver will try to deliver directly to the recipient, this is not guaranteed. In some cases, it may be necessary to leave flowers with the reception. It is then their responsibility to ensure that the flowers reach the recipient.
  • We reserve the right to provide compensation in the form of a discount off a future purchase from Green Icon.
  • To ensure a successful delivery, please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete.
